2015 WRISTBAND POLICY
  • Dillo Day is a private event for the Northwestern community and is closed to the general public.
  • Festival wristbands are required for entry to Dillo Day.
  • Wristbands can be registered and purchased via Norris Box Office in the month of April.
  • Wristband distribution will occur in Norris during the 10 days prior to Dillo Day.
  • All Northwestern undergraduates are guaranteed a festival wristband at no cost.
  • Each undergraduate will have the opportunity to register one guest at a cost of $10 per guest wristband.
  • Guest wristbands are limited and will be made available for registration in stages.
  • There are a limited number of wristbands available for other members of the Northwestern community (i.e. alumni, graduate students, faculty & staff). These wristbands will be available for a $10 Wristband Fee.
  • Each wristband is linked to the member of the Northwestern community that registered it. Festival attendees that register a guest are responsible for any consequences that arise from that guest’s behavior.
  • Wristbands questions can be directed to wristbands@dilloday.com.
GRADUATED SENIORS
  • Graduated seniors and admitted students to Northwestern graduate schools should attempt to log into the Norris Box Office system with their NetID and password prior to registration. If they succeed with their NetID, they can continue in the aforementioned registration process. If graduated seniors or admitted graduate students are unable to log in with a NetID, however, they need to create a general public account on Norris Box Office using a non-northwestern.edu email address.
  • After creating a general public account, send an email to wristbands@dilloday.com with the name and email address they used to register a general public account. After doing this, graduated seniors and admitted grad students will have access to student registration and the student guest pool. The sooner a general public account is created, the sooner they will be able to register both their guests and their own wristbands.
GUEST WRISTBANDS
  • Due to capacity restrictions on the Lakefill, there are a limited number of guest wristbands available for registration. Each student is not guaranteed a guest wristband. There is no age restriction for student guests.
  • Beginning Monday, April 27, undergraduates have the opportunity to register one guest wristband for $10. Guest wristband registration will occur in six different stages to ensure that each student has a fair opportunity to register a guest. Unlike last year, registration guarantees a wristband.
  • Guest wristband registration will be open for six days starting at 12 p.m. on Monday, April 27 and continuing each day at 12 p.m. through Saturday, May 2. Guest wristband registration will close each day once the number of wristbands allocated for that day have been registered. Once the guest wristbands for that day have been claimed, students will no longer be able to access guest wristband registration through Norris Box Office until the following day. To register for a guest wristband, students will need to provide the birthday, phone number and email of their guest.
  • Like undergraduate student wristbands, guest wristbands will also be distributed starting 10 days prior to Dillo Day. When picking up a registered guest wristband, students must present a picture or copy of the guest photo ID, and the information on it must match the information entered at registration.
